  • My practice is private pay and do not take any insurance at this time. I can provide a superbill if your insurance has some reimbursement rate for out of network. There is a list of questions you could ask your insurance provider on the fees page.

  • Yes, my practice is in person only located at 1016 SE 12th Ave, Portland OR

  • A 50 min session: $200

    2 hr session: $450

  • This is a chance for us to get a little sense of each other before we have an in-person appointment. You get to ask anything your heart desires about the counseling process, the way I work, etc. And if you don’t have questions, that is ok too.

    We also get to cover some logistics and I get to ask a few questions around safety and making sure that individual counseling and my scope of practice seems like an appropriate fit.

  • This is unique to you! We can work together as long as it is therapeutic and feels helpful and supportive. We are not held to any timeframe and we can go at the pace that feels right for you while we build a therapeutic relationship.

  • Payment is on the Hipaa secure Simple Practice platform which charges the evening after scheduled sessions.

  • 3 days/2 hour a day Intensive: 1,750

    Included in this investment:

    Intake Session: $275

    Client Workbook and review: $125

    Each 60 minutes of an in person EMDR intensive: is $225

    EMDR Intensives accelerate and streamline trauma work. Usually these intensives take place in a concentrated amount of time, being able to process several weeks worth of sessions in one week for instance uninterrupted. Please inquire about openings and we can explore a personalized format that works for you.
