go beyond traditional talk therapy.
Therapy for Highly Sensitive People
Is this you?
It’s like fog has cleared, you understand now! You are Highly Sensitive and want to honor yourself and your sensitivity but now what?
With this understanding you are also noticing everything more….
Other people’s energy, how it affects you
The startles when people enter the room
The strain of your eyes when you are in fluorescent lighting
The volume of people’s voices and subtle facial expressions
The things that everyone else may say are not a big deal but become overstimulating fast for you, even being around others doing a task, and you are feeling instantly observed.
Lovely things you are starting to notice too…
How good it feels to take time and not be rushed
The deep connections you can have with others
How you can be so mindful with appreciating things, the flowers, being in nature, petting your dog, the flow of creativity
There are ways you are tending to yourself more since understanding this, saying no a bit more, sitting things out, noticing a deep craving for space, building a bit more of a self care practice, maybe even exploring a new found spirituality that aligns for you, candles, tarot, writing.
Now feeling more connected to your sensitivity you are also noticing the ways you have dimmed your light and no longer want to, you are feeling this longing to connect with your creativity, sense of wonder, you are wanting to build more understanding of tools that can support your sensitivities where you don’t have to put yourself aside.
you’re wanting to…
Set clear boundaries
Feel loving toward self
Feel in flow and at ease in your life, present and connected
oUR wORK TOGETHER
A space for you…
As a Highly Sensitive person and therapist it is a passion to support others in creating the life that honors all of them, where they feel bright, vibrant and intuitive, joyful, playful, empathetic.
I work well with sensitive folks who are deeply connected to their emotions, crying in session, laughing, having space between talking, exploring outside of only words.
We both take time to process information, there is no expectation to show up knowing what to share, we explore together. There is the space to go at your own pace and have gentle guidance in how to take the first steps toward feeling even more attuned.
